On Sunday; 3/08/09 at 17:19 hrs Station 42 was alerted for and dwelling fire in the 600-Blk of Rosewood Ct in Company 9’s Area (Harwood/Lothian). Engine 91 arrived on location with heavy fire showing from the A, C and D sides of the house. Engine 422 and Calvert Squad 5 arrived shortly after. Crews from Csq 5, E422 and E91 moved lines quickly into the house, knocking down the majority of the fire. Engine 421 also responded on the fire but while en-route was removed to responded on a first due chimney fire on Drum Point Rd. Engine 422 remained on scene for salvage and overhaul and cleared at around 21:38. Thanks to the Alarmers for responding out and supporting the crews.
