On Wednesday; 12/10/08 at 0056 hrs Station 42 was alerted for a dwelling fire in the 4300-Blk of Muddy Creek Rd in the 01-36 Box. Engine 12 arrived on scene in the 4400-Blk of Lansdale Road with a large farm house 100% involved. E422 and Tk42 responded on the first alarm. E422 ran water to fire as a Tanker while the crew remained on the fire scene. Brush 42 was dispatched on the call the keep the fire out of the wooded area near the dwelling. The fire was under control around 0300 hrs and Utility 42 was requested to assist unit’s on-scene with cleanup due to the location of the fire.
