On 7/12/06 Engine 422 and Truck 42 were alerted for a garage fire in the 41-13 box on Idlewilde Road. E411 arrived on scene with smoke showing from the second story of a detached garage. E422 arrived shortly after and assisted with fire attack. Of the units responding, all were put avaliable except E411, E422, Tk42 & Battalion 3. Truck 42 assisted in ventilation & salvage/overhaul operations.

After clearing the 41-13 box, E422 was called to transfer to Station 2, then was cancelled and transferred to Station 9 instead.
In addition, Brush 42 received a call for an tree struck by lightning and on fire in the 9-26 box in Lothian off of Harwood Rd.
