It is with deep sympathy that the Deale Volunteer Fire Department announces the death of Harold “Ray” Phipps on February 3, 2019. Ray was a Life member of the Deale Volunteer Fire Department, and passed Assistant Chief. He will be greatly missed and our continued thoughts and prayers go out to the Phipps family during this time.
The family wishes to have a private memorial.
