On 05/04/06 at 0820 hrs. Truck 42 was dispatched for a motor vehicle accident involving a passenger vehicle and large truck on Route 408 and Frank Moreland Road. Truck 42 arrived and found a head on collision with a car and large truck. Two persons were trapped in the car involved. One priority 4 due to serious trauma and another flown out by MSP Trooper. Calvert Squad 5 established the LZ for the Trooper which flew the one patient out. Units responded from AA, PG and Calvert counties.
