It is with deep sympathy that the Deale Volunteer Fire Department announces the death of Richard Chester on March 25, 2021. He will be greatly missed and our continued thoughts and prayers go out to the Chester family during this time.
Richard Chester, 64, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at his residence. He was born November 19, 1956 in Alexandria, VA, a son of the late Thomas and Betty Malloy Chester.
Richard was a fireman in Maryland for over twenty years working with Kentland Fire Departments #33 and #46 and Deale Fire Department #42.
Mr. Chester is survived by his children, Sandra Lopes, Heather Swanson and Anthony Davis Chester; friend, Ashley Collins; four grandchildren, along with many other family and friends who will miss him.
